To access personalized Paths, progress tracking, and daily interactions, you may need to register for an account.

Gamification and Virtual Items
The Service includes experience points, virtual coins, streaks, levels, and digital companions.
- Digital assets and achievements are for entertainment and engagement only.
- Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and remain Synergy Sync Collective LLC property.
- We may modify, manage, control, or remove virtual items and gamification systems at any time without liability.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service, related systems, or backend infrastructure.

- For purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, those platforms' payment, cancellation, and refund policies apply.
