These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Synergy Sync mobile application, the websites located at www.synergysync.io and www.synergysynccollective.com, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Synergy Sync Collective LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Nature of the Service and Medical Disclaimer

Synergy Sync is a wellness, habit-tracking, and personal development tool designed to guide users through structured paths, manage daily routines, and provide general wellness information.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, such as personalized "Paths," progress tracking, and daily interactions, you must register for an account.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Gamification and Virtual Items

The Service includes interactive features, including experience points (XP), virtual coins, streaks, levels, and digital companions.

• These digital assets and achievements are for entertainment and engagement purposes only.
• Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and remain the property of Synergy Sync Collective LLC.
• We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, or eliminate virtual items or gamification systems at any time without liability to you.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

All content, features, and functionality on the Service, including but not limited to the Synergy Sync name, logos, app design, interactive "Path" structures, penguin companion artwork, and written content, are the exclusive property of Synergy Sync Collective LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may be subject to a fee or subscription.

• If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the payment, cancellation, and refund policies of those respective platforms will apply.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing or subscription models upon reasonable notice to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergy Sync Collective LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any interactions, paths, or routines suggested by the Service.
